This page explains how to cancel and when a payment to bilgi.fr is refunded. Families and pupils pay bilgi.fr nothing: a fee is claimed back from the association.
Monthly subscription
- Cancel at any time from the billing portal, with no commitment.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; the space stays usable until then.
- The month already started is not refunded.
Yearly subscription
- Cancel at any time from the billing portal.
- Refund pro rata: the unused whole months, calculated on the price paid.
SMS option and top-ups
- SMS option removed: it stops immediately, without refund of the period already paid.
- SMS top-up: not refundable once started.
- A top-up whose payment is refunded or disputed is withdrawn from the SMS balance.
Billing error
A double charge or a wrong amount is refunded in full, on request at contact@bilgi.fr.
How to ask
Write to contact@bilgi.fr stating the name of the Association and the address of its space. The refund is made to the payment method used, through Stripe.
