- The number of enrolled students, by association and by region.
- The attendance rate at roll calls.
- Juz completed.
- Collections, if the association chooses to share its financial indicators.
What the federation never sees
- The name of a student, a family or an imam, or any personal data.
- Small numbers: below 5 students, the figure is hidden (“< 5”).
- Regions with fewer than 5 member associations are grouped into one block, with figures only from 5 associations.
How an association joins the federation
- The federation invites the association from its dashboard, with its address and region.
- The association’s board accepts, after seeing exactly what the federation will receive.
- The association can leave the federation whenever it wants.
- Every export by the federation is recorded in the log of the federation and of each member association.
The federation dashboard is part of the Unlimited plan: the federation and each member association need it.
Frequently asked questions
Does an association have to join the federation?
No. The association’s board must accept the invitation and can leave at any time.
Can the federation see the students?
No. It only receives totals, never a name or personal data. Below 5 students, the figure is hidden.
