Frequently asked questions

Do families pay anything?

No. The association pays the subscription; families, students and imams use the app at no cost.

Who sees our data?

Only your association, and each person according to their role. Two-step verification is recommended for the president, the treasurer and the head of teaching (it is not mandatory), and every action is logged.

Can we get all our data back?

Yes, at any time: you can download the association’s full export from the data protection settings.

Are we tied in?

With monthly billing, no: you cancel at any time from the billing portal, and the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid. With yearly billing you can also cancel at any time; unused full months are refunded pro rata on the price paid, on request by email (see the Refunds page).
