Terms of sale

Version of 13 October 2026

These terms bind the publisher of bilgi.fr (Node Digital) and the association that subscribes (“the Association”). The rules of use for users are on the “Terms of use” page. bilgi.fr is sold to associations only: parents and pupils never pay bilgi.fr.

Purpose

Online provision of school management software: enrolment, classes, attendance, tracking of Quran memorisation, homework, grades, families, messages and announcements, invoices and payments, calendar, permission slips, family and pupil spaces. The space has the Association’s address, logo and colours; the “Powered by bilgi.fr” line is configurable.

Plans and prices

All prices are shown including all taxes (TTC). Billed yearly, the price is worth 11 months: one month is free. Payment is made at sign-up and the space opens immediately.

Price changes: announced to the president by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply, with the right to cancel before then.

SMS

  • Essential plan: SMS option at €15.90 incl. tax per month, or €174.90 incl. tax per year with the yearly subscription; 150 SMS included each month.
  • Unlimited plan: 350 SMS included each month, with the monthly or the yearly subscription.
  • Included SMS are reset every month, without carry-over, as long as the subscription is paid.
  • Top-ups: 100 SMS for €14.90 incl. tax, or 500 SMS for €59.90 incl. tax, used after the month’s SMS, with no time limit. A top-up whose payment is refunded or disputed is withdrawn.
  • The SMS option added during a period is charged pro rata. Once removed, it stops immediately, without refund of the period already paid.

Order, payment and invoice

  • The subscription is taken online and paid at Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland). The publisher neither sees nor keeps the card number.
  • Invoices are available in the billing portal.
  • The money that families pay to the Association (fees, activities) goes straight to the Association’s Stripe account and does not pass through the publisher.
  • Stripe charges its own payment fees to the Association, under its own terms: they are not included in the subscription prices.
  • On each online payment by families (bank card and SEPA direct debit, including debited instalments), the publisher receives a service fee of 1% of the amount paid (security, processing, payout), withheld by Stripe before the payout to the Association. The family pays the amount of its invoice, with no extra charge. Stripe’s own fees remain the Association’s, deducted from what it receives. When a payment is refunded, the service fee is returned with it.

Payment declined or unpaid subscription

As long as the subscription is not paid, the Association’s space is read-only: everything stays viewable and exportable, but nothing can be added or changed. The space becomes editable again as soon as the payment is settled.

Term, cancellation and data

  • Monthly, with no minimum term: the Association cancels at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: see the “Refunds” page.
  • Reversibility: the Association can download the complete export of its data at any time (one CSV file per table and the uploaded files, in a ZIP archive).
  • After cancellation or non-payment: 3 months of read-only access to export, then deletion of the data; encrypted backups disappear within the following 80 days.

Obligations of the publisher

  • Host the service and its data in France, with encrypted backups.
  • Apply the security measures described in the privacy policy.
  • Act as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR for the school’s data; the processing agreement is provided on request at contact@bilgi.fr.
  • Support by e-mail at contact@bilgi.fr. Unlimited plan: priority support, reply by e-mail within 24 business hours (business hours: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France). Essential plan: standard support, no guaranteed reply time. No numerical availability commitment for the service is made at this time.

Obligations of the Association

  • It is the data controller for its school’s data: informing families, consents (health record, photos), answering rights requests; the application provides the tools.
  • It keeps its access confidential, assigns roles and decides on optional settings (artificial intelligence, translation, SMS, online payment).
  • It alone is responsible for the content it publishes, the amounts it invoices to families and the permissions it requests.

Artificial intelligence

Suggested appraisals and an assistant for practical questions help the team; the Association can switch them off. A suggested appraisal is saved only after the imam has reviewed it. The current provider is Anthropic (Claude, United States); for the appraisals, what is sent to it contains no pupil name or identifier; for the assistant, the written message is cleaned and the first and last names known to the account are masked, without guarantee. Reading a photographed registration sheet (photo import) also goes through this provider; the Association can switch it off in its settings.
