The text allowances are not the same: 150 texts a month with the Essential option, 350 with Unlimited.
Method: “Essential + text option” = the Essential price + the text option price, at the same billing rhythm. Per day: monthly price × 12 ÷ 365 when billed monthly, yearly price ÷ 365 when billed yearly. Per student per month: the monthly price, or the yearly price ÷ 12, divided by the number of active students. Prices include tax, rounded to the cent; text top-ups are not counted.
With the text option, Essential comes to €55.80 a month. With the text option, Essential comes to €613.80 a year.

Cancel at any time from the billing portal: the subscription ends at the end of the month you paid for. With yearly billing, unused full months are refunded pro rata, on request by email.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Unlimited plan change?
Unlimited removes the 60 active student limit and adds video meetings, direct calls, instant absence texts as soon as the roll call is confirmed, AI, statistics and accounting export, the public site, federation, 350 texts a month and priority support.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: with yearly billing, you pay for 11 months instead of 12, in one go. With monthly billing, there is no commitment.
Can we change plans?
Yes, from the Subscription page. Moving to Unlimited is immediate and billed pro rata for the current period; moving back to Essential takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
How do texts work?
With Unlimited, as soon as you confirm the roll call, the parents of absent students get a text straight away, within the allowance. With Essential, the free phone notification goes first; if it hasn’t been seen after 30 minutes, a text follows (text option). An urgent alert also goes out by text, straight away. Families who refuse texts don’t receive them. 150 texts a month with the Essential text option, 350 with Unlimited, then top-ups if needed. Texts go to mobile numbers in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Turkey.
Are there extra costs?
Subscription prices include all taxes. Only the Essential text option and text top-ups are paid on top, if you need them.
How and when do we pay?
When you subscribe, on Stripe’s secure payment page; the space opens straight away, and invoices are then found in the billing portal. There is no free trial.
Are we tied in?
With monthly billing, no: you cancel at any time from the billing portal, and the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid. With yearly billing you can also cancel at any time; unused full months are refunded pro rata on the price paid, on request by email (see the Refunds page).
What happens if a payment fails?
Until the subscription is paid, the space becomes read-only: everything can still be viewed and exported, but nothing can be added or changed. It becomes editable again as soon as the payment is settled.
Where is our data?
Data hosted in France. The assistant and photo reading use an external AI service, which the association can switch off. You can export everything at any time: one CSV file per table plus your files, in a ZIP archive. After cancelling or non-payment, the space stays read-only for 3 months so you can export, then the data is deleted; encrypted backups disappear within the following 80 days.
Do families pay anything?
No. The association pays the subscription; families, students and imams use the app at no cost.
