Your space
The association’s space is created at its own address, with your logo and colours.
Classes and students
You create the classes and import students from an Excel file or a photo of your lists.
The team
You invite the board and the imams; each gets their own access and sees only what concerns them.
The families
They get their invitation, or sign up through the link and QR code posted at the mosque.
The first register
The imam takes the register on their phone; absent students’ families are notified.
What you need
Nothing more than what you already have.
- Your student lists, on paper or in a spreadsheet
- Your classes, timetables and fees
- The association’s logo, if you have one
- The email addresses of board members and imams
Installing the app on your phone
You add it from the browser, without going through the App Store or Google Play, and it updates itself.
On iPhone
- Open the school’s link in Safari.
- Tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
- Tap “Add”: the icon appears with your other apps.
On Android
- Open the school’s link in Chrome.
- Open the menu (three dots), then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
- Confirm: the app opens like the others, with its notifications.
Frequently asked questions
How do we import our students?
From an Excel file or a photo of your lists: the app reads the names, you check them, then confirm. A photo is read by an external AI service, which the association can switch off.
Do we need to install anything?
No. A browser is enough. On a phone, you can add it to the home screen and open it like an app.
A parent can no longer sign in
From the sign-in page, they can get a sign-in link by email. The board can also resend their invitation.
How and when do we pay?
When you subscribe, on Stripe’s secure payment page; the space opens straight away, and invoices are then found in the billing portal. There is no free trial.
